Delete your Testzo account

You can delete your account and personal data at any time. Deletion completes within 30 days.

Option 1 — in the app

Open Testzo and go to Profile → Legal & privacy → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. This is immediate and needs no email.

Option 2 — by email

Write to venkatadri@androai.io from the email address on your account, with the subject Delete my account. We verify that you own the address before acting.

What is deleted

Your profile — name, email and phone number
Your registered devices, so notifications stop immediately
Your Quality Score, streak and QA activity history
Your saved payout details (UPI ID)

What is kept, and why

Data	Kept for	Reason
Payment and payout records	8 years	Required by Indian tax and companies law. No longer linked to you.
QA reports already delivered to a developer	Indefinitely, anonymised	The developer paid for them. They contain only a `TR-####` identifier, with nothing linking back to you.
