("Testzo", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Testzo is a managed QA testing marketplace. Developers buy a testing package;
Testzo assigns a batch of verified human testers who run a structured 14-day QA
cycle and produce feedback, bug reports and a final QA report.
What Testzo is not: we do not sell installs, ratings, reviews, rankings, or
guaranteed outcomes on Google Play. Rewards are paid for QA participation
quality, never for installing an app. Any attempt to use Testzo to manipulate
Play Store metrics is a breach of these terms and will end your account.
You must be 18 or older and legally able to enter a contract. Testers must be
able to receive payments lawfully in their country.
1. You must own, or be authorised to distribute, the app you submit.
2. Your app must have a genuine Google Play closed-testing track and a working
opt-in URL. We verify this.
3. Your app must comply with Google Play's Developer Program Policies. We may
reject a submission for policy risk, and we do so at our discretion.
4. Pricing is shown in your local currency before you pay. In India, prices
are exclusive of 18% GST, which is added at checkout. Elsewhere prices are
tax-inclusive.
5. Escrow. Your payment is held in escrow. It is released when the QA cycle
completes, or as directed by a dispute resolution.
6. Refunds. If we reject your app during review, you are refunded in full,
automatically. If a cycle fails to deliver the participation you paid for, you
may open a dispute — outcomes are full refund, partial refund, replacement
testing days, or rejection of the claim.
7. You may not attempt to identify individual testers, contact them outside
Testzo, or use tester emails for anything other than Play Console closed-track
enrolment.
1. You must test honestly. Fabricated sessions, copy-pasted feedback,
automated activity, emulators presented as real devices, or multiple accounts
are grounds for forfeiting rewards and closing your account.
2. You must keep the app installed for the agreed cycle and complete your daily
session before 23:59 local time. Missing days flags you At Risk and may
result in replacement.
3. Rewards. You earn Quality Coins for QA participation quality — continuity,
task completion, feedback usefulness and reliability. 10 Quality Coins = ₹1.
You are never paid for installing an app.
4. Payouts are made to your verified UPI ID. We may hold a payout pending
review where we detect a risk signal such as a duplicate device.
5. You consent to your Google account email being added to the Play Console
tester list of each project you join. You can leave a project at any time.
6. You are responsible for any tax on your earnings.
Do not use Testzo to: manipulate Play Store rankings, ratings or reviews; run
click, install or engagement farms; submit malware or infringing apps; harass
anyone; scrape or reverse-engineer the service; or break any applicable law.
Payments are processed by Razorpay or Google Play Billing. We do not store your
card or UPI credentials. Where you purchase through Google Play, Google's terms
also apply, and refunds may additionally be governed by Play's refund policy.
You keep all rights in your app. You grant Testzo and its assigned testers a
limited licence to install and use your app solely to perform the testing you
purchased. QA reports we produce for you are yours to use. The Testzo platform,
brand and software remain ours.
Testers must treat everything they see in a pre-release app as confidential and
must not publish screenshots, features or findings outside Testzo.
We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is
limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We
are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, or
Play Store enforcement action against your app.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that
breaches these terms. Escrowed funds are resolved under section 4 before closure.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts with jurisdiction
under applicable Indian law have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any
mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
